Returns & Exchanges
Currently, all sales are final unless the product is damaged or defective upon delivery. Customers should inspect their orders upon receipt.
- If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team immediately with details and, if possible, a photo or video of the issue.
- Exchanges may be considered at Trendora’s discretion for damaged or defective items only.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved. Refunds, if applicable, are issued via the original payment method. Customers should allow a few business days for the refund to reflect.
Order Cancellations
Customers may request to cancel an order before it is shipped. Cancellation requests should be sent via our official support channels. Orders already dispatched cannot be canceled.
